Jon Cummings is a distinguished former US Navy serviceman, previously stationed in San Diego aboard the USS Denver, whose dedication to serving his country and fellow Americans extends far beyond the seas.
Armed with a B.S. in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University and a desire to keep making positive contributions to society, Jon transitioned into the field of construction, where he honed his skills working for some of the biggest general contractors in the region.
After years of working in the industry, Jon’s impressive portfolio overflows with a comprehensive array of projects, ranging from mid-rise and high-rise buildings to hospitals, chain restaurants, and higher education facilities.
Today, Jon is not only the driving force behind JDC Build; he also holds a prestigious position as the Vice President of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) in San Diego. In tandem with his talented wife Kim, a Graphic Design graduate from San Diego State, this dynamic duo forefronts the design-build industry of the region, building a legacy of excellence that spans a full fifteen years.
Their family, blessed with three adorable children, stands as an inspiring testament to their commitment to harmony in all things, whether it be design and construction or professional and private life.
